This is a 60 by 30 feet modern 3bhk north facing house plan and this is a vastu-oriented house design with modern features.
This plan has a parking area, a lawn area, a drawing area, 3 bedrooms with an attached washroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a common washroom.
At the start of the plan, we provided a lawn and a porch area where you can park vehicles and do gardening.
The dimension of the lawn area is 25’0″x 5’4″ and size of the porch area is 12’0″x 17’0″ and a staircase is also there.
As we go inside the house at first there is a drawing area where you can welcome your guests and decorate this area and do some seating arrangements.
The dimension of the drawing area is 12’4″x 23’0″ and after this, there is a living cum dining area.
In the living area, you can place a sofa set, make a wall-mounted TV cabinet, and place a dining table in the corner near the kitchen.
The dimension of the living cum dining area is 12’4″x 12’0″ and next to this area, there is a modular kitchen.
Now in the kitchen, you can make a gas stand, cabinets, and drawers for storage, place a sink, add a water purifier, electric chimney, etc.
The dimension of the kitchen is 12’4″x 12’0″.
Now there is a common bedroom where you can place a bed, an almirah, and a table for study and other things according to your liking.
The dimension of this common bedroom is 12’0″x 10’8″ in front of this room there is a common washroom in the size of 5’0″x 5’8″ and a wash area measures 5’0″x 5’8″.
Now there is a master bedroom with a shared washroom in this room you can place a bed, and make a wardrobe for storage.
The dimension of this master bedroom is 10’8″x 12’0″ and the washroom measures 7’4″x 4’0″.
After this, there is another master bedroom with an attached washroom and you can place all the things that you placed in the first master bedroom.
