This is an east-facing Vastu-oriented modern 3bhk ground floor plan with modern facilities and features.

This plan consists of a parking area and lawn, a drawing room, 3 bedrooms with an attached washroom, a kitchen, and a common washroom.

Every area of this is big and spacious and you can the needed equipment and there are large windows and ventilation.

At the beginning of the plan, we have provided a porch area where can easily park two or more vehicles together.

The dimension of the porch cum parking area is 22’4″x 22’4″ and you can also do gardening in the lawn area and a staircase is also there.

Then as we go inside the house there is a drawing area where you can place a sofa set, couch, a center table, and make a wall-mounted TV cabinet.
