This house plan consists of a parking area, a lawn area, a living area, a store room, 3 bedrooms with an attached washroom, a kitchen, a drawing room, and a common washroom.
In the beginning of the plan we have provided a lawn area where you can do gardening and on the porch you can park vehicles.
The dimension of the lawn and parking area is 15’8″x 22’8″ and the staircase is also kept in this area.
As we go inside the house at first we provide a foyer area from where you can go inside the house and then there is a living area.
In the living area, you can place a sofa set, and couch and make a wall-mounted cabinet for placing a TV, and the size of this area is 23’8″x 15’4″.
Now from the living area, you can go to the kitchen and in one master bedroom, the kitchen is modular, and a store room is also connected.
So the dimension of the kitchen is 12’8″x 11’4″ and the size of the store room is 5’4″x 6’4″.
Then there is a master bedroom with a shared washroom In this room you can place a bed, make a wardrobe, and do some interior decoration.
The dimension of the master bedroom is 12’8″x 12’8″ and the size of the attached washroom is 6’0″x 7’0″.
Now there are three more bedrooms but all of the three rooms are normal rooms they did not have any attached washroom.
