At the beginning of the plan, we have provided a lawn area, a sit-out area, and a porch area for parking the vehicles every area is spacious.
The dimension of the porch/parking area is 12’0″x 23’4″ and a staircase is provided in the sit-out area.
Then inside the house at first we have provided a drawing area where you can welcome your guests and place a sofa set and couch for seating.
The dimension of the drawing area is 10’0″x 11’0″ and on moving onwards there is a living area and this is the center of the house.
In the living area, you can place a sofa set, and a dining table and make a wall-mounted TV cabinet and the dimension of the living cum dining area is 23’4″x 14’0″.
After this, we have provided a modular kitchen with modern features and facilities and this kitchen has a wash area and a store room connected to it.
The dimension of the kitchen is 12’0″x 12’0″ and the dimension of the store room is 5’8″x 5’8″ and the wash area measures 6’0″x 5’8″.
From the wash area, you can go to the backyard and here you can do gardening or use this as a drying area the dimension of this area is 35’8″x 6’8″.
Now there is a master bedroom with an attached washroom in this room you can place a bed, make a wardrobe and place a table for work.
The dimension of this bedroom is 12’8″x 13’8″ and the attached washroom is in the size of 5’0″x 8’8″.
Now there is a second bedroom in the dimensions of 13’0″x 10’8″ and this room is a common bedroom This room does not have any attached washroom.
Then there is a third and last bedroom of this plan with an attached washroom in this room you can place a bed, make a wardrobe and a study table.
The dimension of this master bedroom is 12’8″x 14’4″ and the size of the attached washroom is 8’4″x 6’0″.
