In the beginning of the plan we provided a lawn area, a sit-out area, and a parking area As you can see in the image sizes of every area are mentioned.
The dimension of the parking area is 12’4″x 28’8″ and the size of the lawn is 25’4″x 13’8″.
And we have also provided the staircase in the sit-out area which makes it easy and convenient.
Now inside the house at first there is a drawing area where you can welcome your guests and the dimensions of the drawing area are 11’8″x 10’4″.
As we move forward there is a living area where you can make a wall-mounted TV cabinet and place a sofa set, couch, etc. things.
The dimension of the living area is 26’0″x 12’0″ and after this, there is a dining area where you can place a dining table and the size of this area is 11’8″x 8’8″.
Now there is a modular kitchen with modern features and facilities and in the kitchen, we have provided a wash area and a store room to keep things.
The dimension of the kitchen is 13’8″x 12’8″ and size of the store room is 7’4″x 8’0″ and the wash area measures 6’0″x 8’0″.
From the kitchen area, you can go to the backyard where we provided a pool area and there is also a toilet the size of 5’0″x 7’4″.
Now there is a master bedroom where you can place a double bed and make a wall-mounted wardrobe and this room also has an attached washroom.
The dimension of this master bedroom is 12’0″x 14’0″ and the size of the attached washroom is 5’0″x 8’0″.
After this, there is another master bedroom where you can place things according to your liking and this room has an attached washroom with a dressing area.
